Forge Circles

Private peer cohorts for intentional leadership growth

Stillhouse members gain exclusive access to Forge Circles -intimate, facilitator-led groups designed to sharpen perspective and strengthen purpose.


Each cohort brings together 6 - 8 leaders who meet every other month to exchange insight, navigate challenges, and grow with accountability and authenticity.


More than networking, Forge Circles are where reflection meets results, transforming leadership from something you do into something you embody.

What to Expect


  • Six 90-minute sessions per year — held every other month for consistent connection.
     
  • Curated peer groups — six to eight leaders carefully matched by experience and goals.
     
  • Guided facilitation — led by a certified facilitator skilled in reflection and results-driven dialogue.
     
  • Confidential, judgment-free environment — where authentic leadership takes shape.
